In a situation where the system has data, and correct drive order formatting will be catastrophic! From my experience, disabling the Windows Driver foundation - user-mode driver Framework under Services actually solves the problem as well, even "The DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly" error.</description>
