Default Extract attributes from an object

Hello all,
need help for extracting some user's attributes from Active Directory, these attributes should be those that are showing in the properties for an Exchange mailbox enabled user by clicking for the recipient in the GAL. I looked at ldp for redirecting the results of a query into an ordered file.
There is some best better practices to do something like that? I thought to csvde too.

Thank You much.
