    Question Suggestion for future certification

    Hey Guys,

    This is my first post and I want to ask a simple question. I am doing A+ right now and hope to get my hands on other Network+, Linux+ and Security+ but I am little confuse about the order, which one I should take after my A+ ?

    Hope you got it what I am trying to say.

    Thanks,

    I'd say you could take Linux + at any time, in terms of scale, A+ is the base, N+ middle, S+ top end. Linux would probably be in the A+ zone.

    Sorry for the late reply. I think it should be something like this : A+, Network+, Linux+, Security+ because Linux+ requires some experience on networking and which can be get by Network+.
    So is this good : A+ -> Network+ -> Linux+ -> Security+ ?

    IT success stories start with CompTIA A+ certification. It validates understanding of the most common hardware and software technologies in business and certifies the skills necessary to support complex IT infrastructures. The series should be like A+, Network+, Linux+ and then security +

    I wouldn't skip Network+ if I were you. The Sec+ was a lot simpler to understand after having taken Network+ first. I'm not saying it's impossible, and I've seen others on this forum do it, but it will certainly help and will add another cert to your resume, which isn't a bad thing either!
