    +1 I think this has gotten out of hand. Kooltrix - Good luck on the exams. I meant no disrespect. I was surprised at the "brain dumping.." post. It looks like you are doing a refresher course. I understand about needing certs to get into a higher position, but also needing more experience. Try to get as much experience as you can, ask the admins if you can look over their shoulder, do some extra tasks for them, show 'em you're interested in moving up, many companies like to hire internally.
