    Default CCNA: DC Completed

    Today I passed 640-916.
Quite easy exam if you know the stuff (Nexus, MDS, FC/FCoE).
    Only one wrong answer

DCICN: almost the same material that you can use for CCNA:RS.
Please read the chapter regarding Nexus things - it's very important.
What else? Spanning tree, basic routing theory, subnetting.
But if you're CCNP:R&S it'll be walk in the park for you.

DCICT is focusing on DC technologies mainly.
So read the OCG, watch CBT Nuggets and go for the high level documentation of MDS and Nexus devices.
Practice basics of OTV/VDC/vPC on real gear or rented labs.
I think that will be enough to pass the exam.
