Default Exam scheduled for Monday Jan 12 at 9:15am - Edit Passed

You would think that because I work for a security analysis firm that I would have security certs to back it up. That is not the case. Because you need to take the CCNA Security to get the CCSP I am taking it on Monday. I read the CCNA security book when it came out last year and have watched the CBT Nuggets. A lot of the information parallels stuff I have previously studied along the Cisco tracks and there is lots of cross coverage to the SSCP and CISSP material as well. I expect that I should do pretty well on it. I hope so at least

    [edit]

Passed it. I will say right now that at least four of the graphical questions were un-readable. The text and images were too fuzzy to understand. I had to leave comments on the questions and just move on. I got a 888/1000. Given the circumstances and the fact that I rushed the exam I'm just glad for a pass

    Good Luck!

I've studied for it, just haven't scheduled it yet.

Congrats Paul. You are becoming a regular exam machine! I have that one on my radar too after a couple of others.

Maybe the fuzziness is part of exam to see if you are staying awake!

Gee, is mentioning fuzziness on the exam a violation of the NDA?

    Congrats Paul!

You should make a new post instead of editing your first one. You gotta bump those passes to the home page!

Congrats on the pass, despite the crappy graphics. And by the way, I love the new avatar.

    Congratulations!

Good to know about the fuzzy graphics -- especially since I'm about due for new glasses. I probably would have thought it was my glasses or eyes.

Thanks. I travel at least two weeks out of the month so I figured Johnnie Walker would be a good avatar. He's quite the traveler too
