    Default CISM Experirnce?

    Can I fulfill the requirements to get the very with team lead experience and being the IT guy in charge of a system? I’ve never formally been a manager. Just in charge of teams and stuff.

    I don't think you have to be a formal manager, but you do need to meet the work experience requirements. More info here - How to Become CISM Certified.

    Look at the link and see if you have the necessary experience. You don't need to check all the boxes, but you do need to have some expertise that you can check off in each area.
