    Default ITIL v3 2011 Certified

Passed the test yesterday. My company uses ITIL, but doesn't require certification. I have noticed that a lot of positions are now specifying it in the job descriptions. I thought I would give it a shot. I used a couple of sources. I used the Jill Knapp video series from Safari (through the ACM subscription). Also the Liz Gallagher and Helen Morris book. Finally, the Claire Agutter little green book. I used Claire's book for punching home the concepts I was lacking in.

While I won't be going further into ITIL certifications, those are 3 great sources to use. Thanks to all of them for publishing great materials.
