I just started Task 1. It's a 2 credit class so it shouldn't be too hard. Using past experience I would just say follow the rubric carefully and practice content over length.

I'm only on task 1 and it's a 15 (recommended) page PowerPoint. Doesn't seem huge to me.

Worked on papers for FXT2 all weekend. Task 1 was kicked back but I have already re-submitted. Tasks 2 and 3 submitted yesterday and today. Should have this class wrapped up by the end of next weekend.

Awesome. You’re getting close to the end too right?

To answer your question I didn’t feel FXT2 was necessarily longer than any other papers. I don’t do disaster recovery so I found it boring but my CISSP training despite being 6 years ago and knowledge of DR from being a sysadmin went a long way in helping me really just jam out content. Afterwards I added in some references and tightened up any loose ends.

Yes, I only have the DR and capstone left. Hoping to finish this year. Thanks, this is helpful. I've been able to do each class in one month so far

Edit: Which classes do you have left?

Can you do a substantial amount of courses during the term? Are you limited to taking just one course at a time?

    Alright, alright, alriiiiiight.

FXT2 Task 3 passed. Been busy the last two nights so I haven't resubmitted Task 1 yet. Will re-work and submit tonight. Hopefully get a pass over the weekend.

I've been talking about it but not being about my OSCP exam. It's been re-scheduled for the 24th of this month. I will try and focus the next few weeks on that as well as getting 1-2 papers done for VLT2.

That's great! I'm working on FXT2 Task 1 right now and finding it quite dry!

VLT2 Task1 has passed. Will work on Task2 while I primarily focus on my OSCP that happens the 24th.

Advice for VLT2 Task1. Pay close attention to differences between a threat, vulnerability, and risk. If you're not careful it's easy to get them worded incorrectly.

VLT2 Task 2 submitted this morning, 99 in queue. Task 3 looks very short. Should turn that in within the next 7 days.
