    Default Win2003 and NT4.0 Domain

    hi!

can i have two separate domains (nt4.0 and win2003) in the same network?

    1. what are the pros and cons of this setup?
    2. how do u make the two domains talk? (share resource, etc).

id like to see first what win2003 has to offer before turning off my nt4.0 pdc.

    thank you!!

    Hi and welcome,

Actually, MS has a useful online seminar for "NT 4.0 and Windows 2003 Active Directory Interoperability"
    I hope it will help.

Have you considered installing Windows 2003 in a dedicated test environment to see what is has to offer?
