I usually have a movie going on my other monitor or a tv show that I zone out to in between study sections, ususally my all time favourite That 70s show.

    Otherwise it will be podcasts

While I don't listen to music while I study, I do enjoy trance/dance music alot. Mind sharing a list of artists??

Late nights or when otherwise tired it's Metallica/Iron Maiden or something similar.

Otherwise, I find the blues relaxing, I can basically tune it out but it provides a white noise shield that keeps me from getting distracted. Satriani sounds like a good choice I might try that.

Have also done Yanni which works pretty well also.
