    So glad this is back, will definately use it for the 410 and will even try SCCM as well as I attended the course for it earlier in the year but not having SCCM implemented at work has been a drawback.

    I really like the second shot in theory, but when if I fail the first time, I'm going to lose motivation for another attempt that soon. Very cool of Microsoft to do this promotion though.

    IMO the big advantage is for people who haven't sat an exam before or haven't done so for a long time, you can prepare for the exam and take a view that if realistically you might fail but you will be better prepared 2nd time.
