Unhappy HYPER-V MANAGER and LABBING! NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am using Hyper V Manager on a Windows 8 Machine. I want to be able to lab with Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7. As I want to practice updating packages via Group Policies before rolling it out for a client. Could some one please advise me on how to do this. My colleague suggested a loopback adapater. As unlike Oracles Virtual Box there is no guest additions. I have created an external, internal and private networks on the Hyper V Manager but i cant figure out how to configure my network for the life off me. Any tips would help?

What exactly are you having issues with? If you already have those networks created, then create a VM, and assign the NIC to one of those. Then inside the VM assign an IP to the NIC.
