When it comes to MS exams, not single source covers the entire exam. I'd have a look at the table of contents of each book and see where there is overlap and where is is unique material. Don't forget to review the .NET 4 material in the MSDN as well.

I'm reading the two books MCTS Self-Paced and about to pickup Pro ASP.net 4.

So far I like the layout of the MCTS but notice it doesn't spend enough time on JQuery or MVC. The tests on the CD are nice but I think I'll buy a exam kit to be sure. Great book but doesn't leave you feeling fully prepared, so get another book/exam kit/video to be sure.

I think I'll use Pro ASP.NET 4 as a review of materials I covered plus go more in depth with JQuery and MVC.
