It's basically all about cheap compositing and filters. The end results are less than spectacular. If you want to jump in and learn digital painting I'd recommend taking a look around cgtalk.com and conceptart.org. They have a lot of tutorials and workshops that can get you into painting digitally. And definitely pick up a Wacom tablet as soon as you can. |
