Default LDP.exe

Anyone ever used LDP to reanimate AD objects? I tried all yesterday following Technet, but it kept returning the messages "unwilling to perform <53>". Huh? I'll try that one on the boss and see what the outcome is.

Otherwise anyone know of a quick, simple way to undelete AD objects? I don't think we'll be implementing Server08 R2 anytime soon.

Quest CMDlets can do it...

AD cmdlets for object undelete Dmitry’s PowerBlog: PowerShell and beyond

As do SDM software's...

SDM Software Group Policy Freeware

Both free and easy to use, but also have the advantage of processing or finding tombstoned objects on a much larger scale.
