    Just curious if there is a certification/video training course that is similar in scope to SANS GCIA (SEC503)?

    Guessing you could go through the SEC503 topics and find youtube videos or books that covered each topics individually. Probably not gonna find the exact topics all put together in the same place. Think that would be weird if you did.

    Good point. I just didn't know if there any similar (probably not as good) courses out there

    There are books on Network Security Monitoring and packet analysis but a major benefit of SANS is you get all the material of a lot of sources in one shot.
