Well I finished this book last week.
The Art of Deception by Kevin Mitnick.
    (Ex-Hacker)
Informative and Outstanding book. 16 chapters. Of course chapter 1 is the intro. Chapters 2 all the way to 15, classic cases of deceiving people into releasing all sorts of informations.
Classic Phone Phreakings, to programming PBX's, implementing simple Trojan's, Brute attacks.
Mr. Kevin Mitnick shows us how all these things are possible.
He also skills us on how to protect oursleves from volatile attacks from our friends called "social engineers"

    Excellent book

    Hey Cross,

I just read 18 pages at Amazon.com (here)

and I agree this seems to be excellent reading for everyone working in any organization. Good supplemental reading for the Security+ exam as well...
