Great study sheet. For me, I always gain a deeper understanding of topics when I organize the material in a way that others can comprehend so I'm betting that this will help you get over the top when you take the exam later this month. It looks like it'll be very useful to other people as a late stage review tool too.

I start S+ today. Thank you for these notes. We use the SYBEX study guide; however, I have already ordered the Gibson S+ book via Amazon.

Very timely in my case, as I scheduled the test for 27-Aug-13. Using the following resources, for folks that are interested: (1) DG's book is my primary resource. Secondary sources include: ExamCram, book, the Sybex Study Guide, Prof. Messer's videos, CBT Nuggets videos. I am positive I have everything I need to pass. My work ethic is pretty solid. Will report back here as to my results. Wish me luck! Pat

Thanks a lot OP, I plan on acheiving Security+ soon after I finish ICND2 later this month. Your notes look very well organized and readable.

Side note: Darril, I ordered your book last week and just peeked in it, read the introduction and am very excited. It's very well written from the little bit I can tell.

Good luck with your studies everyone!
