    Default Best Reference Book

Finished up the 70-290 class this week and tested out today with Prometric. The exam wasn't as tough as I made it out to be. The sims were the easiest part- very rudimentary and not nearly as hard as I anticipated. Maybe I just lucked out, but it seems like I could have done most of them coming on off the street.

The questions were a different story however, all were quite verbose. What time I didn't spend on the sims quickly went to reading and rereading the questions.

All in all I finished in about an hour and a half with an 860.

Anyways, now that I start to turn a cautious gaze towards 70-291 to finish up my MCSA I'd like to ask those who actively work in the Microsoft Admin field, what do you consider the best reference books to have on hand?

Specifically for the 7-290 aspect & XP desktop support

I've noticed the same kind of things with my transcender questions. With the exception of a few things, I've done most of this stuff with XP for years. Seems almost childish.

On the other hand, MS has some VERY creative writers. They could make 2+2 into a difficult question.

Congrats on the pass. Hopefully I can join the club on Satuday.
