    Hi,

It should be in %program files%\Microsoft SQL Server\8.0\Tools\binn:

    \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn
    and \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\ Resources
Contains all of the shared SQL Server 2000 client administrative
executable programs and their associated DLLs, RLLs, and Help files. It also contains a few miscellaneous shared files, such as the default SQL Server Enterprise Manager MMC console.
    Good luck!
