    Default Which Certification is good?

    I take a long gap after completing SCJP (84%) and SCBCD(80%) and i want to go further..


    What certification should i take?


    i want to eager come back with my java career.

    GSEC, EnCE, CISSP, SSCP, CEH (ANSI), CASP, CCNA, CCENT, CWSP, CWNA, CWTS, Security+, Server+, Network+, A+, DHTI+, PDI+, MSIT InfoSec

    Certifications specifically for Java? Oracle's Java certifications are the only ones I know of. Java 7 is the way to go now.

    There are lot of new certifications released by Oracle for Java 7 and Java EE 6. Since you already completed SCJP and SCBCD I recommend you to look OCE (Oracle Certified Expert) level certifications. Currently there are four OCE level certifications available from Oracle.

    OCE EJB - may not required for you since you already holding SCBCD
    OCE JPA - may not required for you since you already holding SCBCD
    OCE Web Component
    OCE Web Services
